KON02 is designed for use cases, where real time data is needed and the amount of transferred data is larger. The device is powered by an external DC power supply of 48V DC. Connection to the 2GG system offers full automation and remote setting of metering device parameters as well as management of connected devices. The 2GG KON02 series of devices supports a variety of wireless and wired communication protocols and enables high-customization based on use case.

WMBUS data concentrator

2GG KON04 is designed for wireless collection of data from utility meters like water, heat, cold and gas meters via W-Mbus. The solution has been developed in cooperation with energy distributors, utility companies, building management and is designed primarily for users with a large number of metering points. Mounting and setup of the device is as simple as possible. All configurations are handled through the cloud, which makes it ideal for use on large networks.

Battery powered gateway for smart metering 

The 2GG PCON series devices offer you a flexible and efficient NB-IoT communication solution. The PCON KON is a WMBus concentrator designed to connect up to 64 devices via 868 MHZ RF WMBus. With the PCON KON we offer an efficient solution for locations, where multiple WMBus meters are present. 

The PCON devices are simple to integrate, configure and maintain. All PCON are equipped with NB-IoT communication, but different communication modules can also be used if the project requires flexibility in terms of connectivity (f.e Wifi or GPRS).

Battery autonomy is dependent on device settings and can last up to 12 years with the extended battery pack. Device enclosure for outdoor use guarantees a long life time. With the use of the 2GG Server solutions, the device is simple to use and install in the field (activation and gathering). All parameters are set or changed remotely and can be pre-set for all devices. Using the PCON devices can be as simple as placing it on a location and activating it. The concentrator uses a whitelist approach to ensure stable and efficient gathering of WMBus packets and has a 3 level data storage system integrated which ensures that the collected data is stored until received by the server.
